Damages and issues

If your chocolate delivery has been damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item please fill out our return form here or email sayhello@bom.co.nz so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.


 

Change of mind


Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed we cannot provide refunds if you have changed your mind about your purchase as these are perishable goods.


 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
