If I order online, how long will it take until it gets delivered?

For North Island addresses it takes 1 - 2 working days for your parcel to arrive.

For South Island and Rural addresses it takes 2 - 3 working days for your parcel to arrive.

We don't send anything out on Fridays as they sit in the courier warehouse over the weekend. So if you ordered chocolates on Thursday night or Friday it will get sent out on Monday. 

When does my order get sent out if I order on the weekend?

If we have everything in stock then the next working day. 

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

No, unfortunately we don't deliver to PO Boxes

Do you deliver overseas?

Unfortunately we no longer deliver overseas due to covid related delays and issues. 

What are your shipping rates?

Orders over $60

  • Standard shipping. - Free
  • Chilled shipping. (for peace of mind during warm weather) - $7.00

Orders under $60

  • Standard shipping. - $9.00
  • Chilled shipping. (for peace of mind during warm weather) - $16.00

For chilled shipping we pack your order in an insulated box with a reusable ice pack to keep it cool.

We strongly recommend that you have someone present to receive your delivery and immediately move it to a cool environment during warm weather. We cannot be responsible for melted chocolate if the package has been left or kept above 20 degrees or in direct sunlight after delivery.

Delivery to one address only, please email sayhello@bom.co.nz for deliveries to multiple addresses so we can provide the appropriate solution.

Can I have my chocolates gift wrapped?

You sure can! We offer complimentary gift wrapping to all orders. When you view your cart - under "Special Instructions" just type in if you want it gift wrapped and if wanted a note to come with it. 

    What is the best way to store my chocolates?

    To maintain quality and taste, please keep chocolates in a cool, dry place between 16-20c. 

    What is Bennetts refund policy?

    Damages and issues
    If your chocolate delivery has been damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item please fill out our return form here or email sayhello@bom.co.nz so we can evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

    Change of mind
    Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed we cannot provide refunds if you have changed your mind about your purchase as these are perishable goods.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
